Jessica J. Lee

Jessica J. Lee completed a combined honours degree in contemporary studies and international development at the University of King's College in 2008. Since then, she has also completed an MRes in the Humanities at the London Consortium/Birkbeck, while also pursuing work in the charity sector. Her dissertation was published in Contemporary Aesthetics in 2010. Jessica has presented at conferences including the Nordic society of Aesthetics and the International Institute of Applied Aesthetics, and has led workshops for the Royal Academy of the Arts and Slow Down London. Her research focusses on environmental aesthetics, the role of aesthetics in domestic life and on the history of the idea of nature within aesthetics. EMail: Jlee11@yorku.ca
